Basswood Shutters

Our Shutters are all made from wood, 100% sustainable Basswood. It's a hard wood and extremely light making it the perfect raw material for Shutters. We can push the boundaries of this product a lot more than any other material. We can go up to 1200mm wide on one panel, we can in fact go up to 1400mm wide and split the panel with a vertical stile. We can easily do angled Shutters and the finish of the Basswood shutter is beautiful. 5 coats of paint, satin finish, they're the best practically and aesthetically. We do however have two cheaper alternatives that we can offer you which are PVC & Paulownia.

Use our online quoting tool to get an very accurate estimate on our products. We base our shutter pricing per square meter regardless of the type of configuration needed, this way you are only paying for the size of your window rather than having to compromise or pay extra for certain types of framing, louver sizes or configurations. All of our shutters whether they are bi-passing, bi-folding, hinged or magnetized etc. are the same square meter rate, the only cost increase is if the windows are angled or special shape or you want a custom colour. This means there are no surprises and you get the best shutter configuration and look for your home.
